Create Your Own Custom Metal Label in 6 Easy Steps

Step 1: Share Your Idea or Design
Send us your logo, artwork, or even a rough sketch — we accept formats like AI, PDF, CDR, JPG, or PNG.
Don’t have a design? No problem. Our in-house design team can help you build a professional label from scratch.
Step 2: Choose Your Material & Finish
Select from a wide variety of premium metals:
• Aluminum / Aluminum Foil (lightweight & flexible)
• Tin (classic vintage look)
• Zinc Alloy (bold, embossed, 3D effect)
• Brass / Stainless Steel (luxury appeal)
Then choose surface finishes:
• Polishing, brushing, sandblasting
• Plating in gold, silver, bronze, matte black, antique, etc.
Step 3: Select Printing & Craft Options
We offer a full range of techniques:
• UV printing, screen printing, enamel infill
• Embossing / debossing
• Laser engraving, CNC engraving
• Soft enamel or transparent ink
• 3D or flat effect

Step 4: Choose Adhesive or Mounting Method

• No glue + holes (for rivets or screws)
Step 5: Sampling (Optional but Recommended)
You can request:
• Free standard samples to check quality
• Custom sample of your design before mass production (sampling fee applies, refundable upon bulk order)
• Sampling time: 5–10 business days
Step 6: Confirm & Start Production
Once everything is approved, we begin production.
• Production time: 15–25 working days
• Bulk order QC inspection
• Secure and export-ready packaging
• Worldwide delivery via air, sea, or courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS)
