5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site including images, logos, text, and designs are the property of MetalWineLabels.com or its licensors.

• You retain ownership of your logos and artwork but grant us the right to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final once production starts.

• If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for resolution.

• Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by MetalWineLabels.com.
