At Metal Wine Labels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver only high-quality custom products. Due to the customized nature of our products, please review our return policy below:
 
1. Custom Orders Are Final
 
All metal labels are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Therefore, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production has started.
 
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products
 
If you receive:
 
• Damaged goods due to shipping
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items not matching your confirmed design
 
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will:
 
• Offer a free re-production or
• Refund the affected portion of the order
 
3. Sampling & Approval
 
To avoid misunderstandings, we offer:
 
• Free standard samples for quality check
• Custom samples before mass production
(sampling fees apply, refundable on bulk orders)
 
4. Cancellations
 
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once confirmed and in process, cancellations are not allowed.
 
5. Shipping Damage
 
We pack products securely, but in case of damage during transit, please keep the packaging and take photos for insurance claim support.
